You ("the customer") should read carefully the following Terms and Conditions of Service. Buying or using Digital Priory Ltd products or services implies that the customer has both read and accepted these Terms and Conditions of Service.
Digital Priory Ltd grants the customer a non-exclusive limited license to use the intellectual systems, programs and web platforms ("the products") and services sold via Digital Priory Ltd in accordance with these Terms and Conditions ("the license").
The customer may use each individual product on a single website only, belonging to either the customer or the customer's client. In order to use these products or services on another web-site or for other projects, further copies of the products (or licences) must be purchased.
The customer is authorised to make any necessary modification(s) to Digital Priory Ltd' products to fit the purposes of the customer.
The customer may not place any Digital Priory Ltd products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without the prior written consent of Digital Priory Ltd.
The customer may not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license to anyone else without the prior written consent of Digital Priory Ltd.
The customer may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any Digital Priory Ltd products, modified or unmodified. All products and services are and remain the property of Digital Priory Ltd.
Some template providers include "hidden links" back to their web-site from their products in order to increase their own web-site's Search Engine Optimisation. We guarantee that there are no "hidden links" in any Digital Priory Ltd products.
Digital Priory Ltd' products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall the juridical person of Digital Priory Ltd be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use Digital Priory Ltd' products.
Digital Priory Ltd guarentee our products are extensively tested for the Windows and Mac platforms.
On Windows we guarantee consistent performance on the following browsers: Firefox 2.0, Safari 4.0, MSIE7 & MSIE8.
On Mac platform we guarentee consistent performance on the following browsers: Firefox 2.0, Safari 4.0.
In the unlikely event that a bug is found in any of our products, we will fix it, in a timely manner.
As Digital Priory Ltd offer non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds after the product is shipped (except where the product is shown to be not fit for use), which you are responsible for understanding upon purchasing. Please ensure that you have carefully read all relevant documentation and tried out the demonstration product. This does not affect the customer's statutory rights. The deadline for any refund claim is one week after the delivery date.
THIS LICENSE SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF ENGLAND, WITHOUT REGARD TO CONFLICTS OF LAWS PROVISIONS. YOU HEREBY AGREE AND CONSENT THAT THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION FOR ANY ACTION OR PROCEEDING ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS LICENSE SHALL BE AN APPROPRIATE ENGLISH COURT.
